Stepping it up soon

Lots of things to share but the camera gave out and it's much easier to blog when there's a picture to go with it.  A picture is worth a thousand words, right?  I'm not up to writing that much.  Little camera is working just fine other than going through an 8 pack of double A's a week, but it can only upload to Brian's laptop, and that's just too complicated for this lazy/busy/impatient person.  Solution:  purchase a new camera that I will love and cherish for years to come.  Much research went into this and I'm anxious to start taking pictures with the new Canon, but wouldn't you know it didn't come with a memory card and I was so excited to purchase the thing that I didn't even think about that minor detail.  Thanks to Amazon that should arrive soon and this blog might just be a little less boring.

Things to share...Normandy trip.  Trip to Mont St. Michel.  Our ferry trip to England last weekend.  Visitors from California last week.  The tent across the street this weekend including the Belgium vs. Turkey soccer game.  The procession from the church to pay respect to the various saints that have little shrines around town.  Other everyday things such as baseball, ballet and scouts.  All of the cute crafts the kids and I make and the gourmet meals I prepare each evening.  The pictures from my marathons that I kick butt on.  My spotless and organized home.  My perfect children surrounded by all their trophies, medals and certificates for being just so awesome, definitely more awesome than yours.  Alright, enough of that, obviously most of this last paragraph is false, but one can dream, right?
