Totem poles. I have a picture of my Grandfather in front of these, taken probably thirty years ago. Picturing my grandparents getting off their cruise ship and spending time in this very spot made me smile.
Stopping along the seawall on our bike ride. Not sure if that's my head or not with the helmet sitting on top...being a kid of the '70s and '80s wearing a bike helmet just seems weird. But...we shall be friends of safety and good role models for our children. And it may be the law.
