Kate was inspired to wear her tutus after watching a bit of Sesame Street this morning. She put these on and went to show the boys. Sam says "I am going to marry you Kate!" and Kate screams "NO!!!" This infuriates Sam who is trying to be nice. "You look pretty and I AM GOING TO MARRY YOU!" and Kate again, "NO!" This turns into a physical altercation which of course I have to put to a stop. I tell Sam I will marry him, he is pleased. Mr. Sensibility Matthew is standing by and says in all seriousness while pointing his thumb at Brian, "Um, Mommy, aren't you already married to somebody?" Ahh, a little voice of reason in this crazy, chaotic life we are leading at the moment.

oh I am laughing so hard!! yes, mr. technicality... mommy is married already, that is the only obstacle to marrying your mother...

Ha ha! Violet and Sam:) I think Kate was so opposed to Sam's proposal as she has that little crush on Abe. Oh, and marrying your brother or mom is a little creepy, glad my daughter and oldest realize that despite the fact they were born in the south.
